‼️ If your watch is not listed below, it is not compatible with Surfr because it lacks the necessary sensors.

ℹ️ We've noticed that some Fenix 6 users are experiencing issues with Surfr. Therefore, currently, we can't guarantee full compatibility for these watches. For now, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Reinstall the app on your watch

  2. Go through the onboarding process again via the check compatibility option on your watch

  3. Calibrate your watch as an extra step

If the issue persists, please try enabling Surfr AI in your settings. Once this is enabled, you should start seeing accurate jump heights in the app after syncing your session.
