How to change what I see on the watch display?

Some people prefer to track their jumps, while others focus on speed. Some want to see jump heights, and others are more interested in training for speed. To accommodate these different needs, we've introduced a modular display for Apple and Android watches. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available for Garmin devices.

By default the following is shown on your display:

To change this, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the Surfr app on your watch

  2. Swipe to go to the settings

  3. Scroll down and tap Change Layout

  4. From here, you can select what to see per section

πŸ’‘ You can also select Nothing. This way, you can leave out information that you're not interested in to avoid distraction.

For Garmin, the display cannot be customized. However, since some devices are fully compatible while others are GPS-only, the display may vary depending on the model.
