How to manage your subscription

πŸ’Ž Subscribe to Surfr Plus or PRO

Upgrading is quick and easy!

  1. Open the Surfr app

  2. From your Profile, go to Settings

  3. Tap Manage subscription

Or subscribe directly from the App Store or Play Store.


πŸ”„ Change your subscription

You can manage your subscription in the Surfr app or via the store where you purchased it.

With Surfr, you can:

  • Switch between Surfr Plus and PRO

  • Change your billing cycle (monthly ↔ yearly)

Where to manage

  • Best managed via the Surfr app (Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Manage subscription)

  • You can also manage it via the App Store (Apple)

  • On Google Play, changes are handled via the Surfr app, but will be reflected in the store

When do changes take effect?

  • Upgrades (e.g. Plus β†’ PRO) take effect immediately

  • Downgrades (e.g. PRO β†’ Plus) take effect at the next renewal date

If a change is scheduled, it will appear as a pending change in the app and in your store subscription settings.

Billing differences

When upgrading from Plus annual to PRO monthly, billing will be adjusted automatically:

  • Apple will issue a partial refund

  • Google Play typically converts this into extra free time

To cancel, go to the store where you subscribed:

  • Open the App Store or Google Play Store

  • Go to your Account Settings

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Select Surfr

  • Tap Cancel subscription
