If you're experiencing this issue, you most probably try to download the app for your Garmin watch. There are two possible reasons why you can't see the Surfr App in the Garmin Connect IQ Store:
Your Garmin watch isn't compatible. If your watch isn’t listed on the Compatible Devices list, it means it's not compatible with the Surfr App and therefore won't appear in the store.
Your watch was purchased in Asia. Currently, we are not registered for Asian devices, as Garmin Connect operates with different market regions.
📱 Still want to try out the Surfr.App? In the meantime, you might consider tracking your sessions using your phone in a waterproof pouch.
