What to check to avoid accuracy issues?
Battery Saving Mode: Make sure battery saving mode is disabled while recording your session, especially on Android devices.
Location Permissions: Double-check that the Surfr app has permission to access your location at all times.
Recalibration: Recalibrate your device by navigating to the app settings, selecting Calibrate Again, and following the on-screen prompts.
App Version: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Surfr app and update it if necessary.
Minimum jump height: If your minimum jump height is set to 3 meters, your smaller jumps won’t be recorded. Consider lowering it to 1 meter for better tracking.
Restart device: Sometimes simply restarting your device can do the trick.
Sensors: Ensure that the necessary sensors, like the gyroscope and accelerometer, are working properly on your device. Their functionality can be checked using apps like Sensor Logger.
