I got a strange / suspicious jump

While Surfr technology is among the most accurate available, it’s not flawless, and occasionally, an anomaly may slip through. We automatically detect these inconsistencies and give you the option to remove them from your session.

We continuously monitor the data, both automatically and manually. If we notice any suspicious activity, we’ll investigate and, if necessary, remove the inaccurate data. This helps us ensure that the leaderboards remain fair and accurate for everyone.

🛟 If necessary, you can easily delete individual jumps from your session:

  1. Open the Surfr App from the phone

  2. Go to your Profile

  3. Open the session you want to delete the jump of by tapping the light grey data bar

  4. Scroll down and tap on the jump you wish to delete

  5. Scroll down and tap Delete jump
