We’re aware that some users are seeing the error “Something went wrong. Undefined is not a function” after updating to Surfr 4.0, released on April 27, 2026.
Our developers have looked into it, and it appears to be related to the app update process. In most cases, fully deleting the Surfr app and then installing it again resolves the issue.
Don’t worry, deleting the app will not delete your data. Once you reinstall Surfr and log back in with the same account, your sessions and account information will still be there.
Please try a fresh install and let us know if the issue continues.
