I can't log in to my Surfr account

Having trouble logging into your account? Don't worry; we're here to help!

Check your email address

Ensure that you're entering the correct email address.

Did you create your account using an old email you can no longer access? Maybe you made a typo when signing up? Not sure which email you used? No worries!

Please reach out to us sharing your Username and possible email addresses, and we'll be happy to assist.

What about your password?

Please note that logging into your Surfr account doesn’t require a password. Instead, you’ll use a code sent to your email. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Surfr App on your mobile device

  2. Tap I already have an account.

  3. Enter your email and tap Next.

  4. Check your email for the login code. If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  5. Copy and paste (or manually type) the code into the app. Be careful not to include any extra spaces when pasting the code.

  6. Tap Login and Confirm.

You should now be logged in!

Keep in mind: Every time you enter your email, a new code will be sent.
