⚠️ This content is outdated. It applies to the previous Garmin app (Surfr 3.x), now available as The Surfr. App - Legacy. On Surfr 4, see Surfr 4 on your Garmin — what's free, what's Surfr Plus, and the Legacy app and Why can I no longer see jump heights on my Garmin watch?
We've seen some reports about jumps not being measured since the last 3.0 update. That sucks! Luckily, in most cases, it's just an easy fix.
If you were expecting to see jumps recorded, let’s double-check a couple of things to get you back on track:
Update Your App - Make sure you’re using the latest version of our app (v.3.0.14)
Make sure to Calibrate your watch - Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found here.
Check Jump Settings - Ensure your Minimum Jump Height is set to 1.5 m within the app settings on your watch!
Check compatibility - It might be that your watch is GPS only 👉 open list
If the above is set and done correctly and your jumps are still not shown in the app, please reach out for us to investigate further. We're here to help 😄
